POG (Real Grass Toilets): To be included in the next day’s delivery schedule, orders need to be placed by 11:59 PM the day prior. This cutoff time helps us ensure that your deliveries are as prompt and efficient as possible.

POG Accessories and LOG (Premium Pet Furniture): These items are specially made to order, providing a personalized touch to each piece. The delivery dates for these unique orders will be communicated to you by our attentive customer service team, keeping you well-informed and catered to every step of the way.
