LOG Pet Furniture Delivery
1.1 After the initial 10-20 days required to complete your order, the delivery time for LOG pet furniture will vary based on your location.
1.2 For orders within the UAE, the typical delivery time is 5-10 working days.
1.3 For international orders, there will be an additional 5-15 days for delivery.
1.4 During our initial conversations, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on your location and order details.
1.5 For orders outside the UAE, please contact us to receive a delivery cost quote and a custom invoice. During this communication, we will also provide you with the expected delivery time.
POG Doggy Grass Toilets, POG Accessories, and POG Frames Delivery
2.1 POG doggy grass toilets, POG accessories, and POG Frames will be delivered as soon as they are ready.
2.2 The delivery time for POG accessories and POG Frames can vary depending on the type of product and any customizations requested.
2.3 The typical delivery time for POG accessories and POG Frames is 2-7 working days.
2.4 During our initial conversations, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on the specific product and any customizations requested.
Next-Day Delivery for POG Orders
3.1 We deliver POG orders next-day, 7 days a week. Order before midnight and your fresh grass arrives the following day. Public holidays excluded.
3.2 Place your order at any time. Orders placed before midnight ship the next morning and arrive the same day, every day of the week.
3.3 If your scheduled delivery falls on a UAE public holiday, we deliver on the next available day and notify you in advance.
POG Subscriptions
4.1 For POG subscriptions, if you wish to pause your deliveries, please log in to your account and go to the “Manage Subscription” section to make modifications.
4.2 Your order will be delivered on the same day of the week each time, unless there is a holiday or any challenges. In such cases, we will make every effort to deliver your order as close to your regular delivery day as possible.
