We have been using the grass box over 3 months and we are happy with it.
We would appreciate it if the old boxes could also he collected and properly disposed, due to size.
But happy overall, highly recommend.
Delivery, I would very much like my delivery in the morning not in evening.
Thank you.
Wrong delivery time and very difficult to get ahold of anyone for support
Getting the 2 medium grass boxes has made daily life so much easier for us and our two Chihuahuas. The grass arrived fresh, green, and completely odor-free. It feels completely natural for them, so transition and potty training took practically zero effort—they understood what to do right away.
Having two boxes gives them plenty of space, and it keeps the balcony clean and fresh without any of the mess or smell associated with artificial pads. It’s clean, convenient, and has made apartment living effortless. Highly recommended to any pet parent!
We have a chihuahua and the grass box is just perfect for his toilet trips on the balcony. Super convenient delivery set up on subscription I never have to think about anything.
My pup loves it and uses it so easily without any training!
We live in an apartment and it's not always easy to get downstairs immediately. This makes it easier for our girls to use the bathroom when needed and it's easy to dispose of as well.
So convenient, easy for dogs to use, easy clean up
Honestly made my life way easier much cleaner than a pee pad. My dog is around 6-7kg so not super small and i only needed 1 box which laster much longer than i expected. I am SO happy i found this for the summer. Poor thing was struggling to go outside with the heat.
We are absolutely thrilled with this product! We bought this grass patch for our Cavapoo, and it has completely changed our routine for the better. Thanks to this patch, our pup is now 100% potty trained, and the entire process was incredibly smooth.
So useful during summer when it’s too hot to go for a walk during the afternoon, and the grass lasts longer than expected when maintained
This has been so helpful in potty training our rescue, and giving her space to potty when she’s struggling with anxiety and can’t leave the home!
As an honor of a small dog it had been difficult to manage his potty breaks especially recently with the extreme heat of this weather! Getting a grass patch from Paws On Pause is honestly the smartest an easiest way for a dog to have access to grass indoor where it’s Air conditioned rather than outside under the scorching sun.
The 2 medium boxes fit perfectly on the terrace for my 2 puppies
Great delivery and product as always, helps give my dog somewhere cooler than our faux grass to sunbathe on in the summer :)
The delivery was surprisingly fast. The grass was quite dry, not what was expected. The idea is great though. The dog didn’t use it, so failed experiment for us
Ordered on 06.07.26, on 23.07.26 not received. Don’t know how to contact them, in order for the seller to reply
We were struggling to get her pee inside the house but finally this patch did it
My chihuahua learned incredibly fast and loved it.
No smell in the house. It does not last more than 7-10 max.
We ordered 2 grass boxes to place on our patio for our dog. We currently have astroturf in the garden which gets too hot for him to go on during the day, so the real grass patches are perfect for his midday toilet break without hurting his paws!
This made house training and apartment-living so easy for my puppy. 1,5 years later and he still loves his grass!
