It does the job well! Delivery is timely as well. Good product overall.
We really like our grass boxes. The dogs use it and it saves on wee pads. It can smell so we have bought training boxes and add a wee pad and cat litter to help during the week before our new boxes come. We don’t have an accessible balcony. But it has been a great addition
I have to senior dogs, and they generally need to go pee at least once in the middle of the night. This service has been a lifesaver for us. We place it in the balcony by the master bedroom, and never risk having “accidents” around the house. Amazing how these pups automatically know to go only there!
The best idea out there. I do not know of any place in the United States that offer something like this. But we really should because what an amazing product for small homes with no yard, apartment living, retirement, homes, or assisted-living that allow pets. Our new puppy took right to it and because it’s real gross she’ll have no problem adapting to the larger yard when we get her back to the states.
The grass patches are great for our apartment as one of our dogs is nervous to go outside in our neighborhood and this allows her to relieve herself without going down. The delivery is regular and good. My only issue is that sometimes the delivery is very late in the day which could be improved. 10pm drop off is not ideal.
Our dog loves using her POG and we love the convenience!
This service has provided such relief for my little dog especially during the summer months and the fact i live in a high rise. The delivery and customer service experience has been great. My only suggestion is to allow for customers to pause subscriptions on the portal for when they are away instead of emailing. Thank you

It has really helped in between walking . They love having some grass to use between walks. It’s been great .
My dog started using this straight away within the first day of it being outside. Helpful when living in an apartment makes life a lot easier!
Put in the balcony and she uses it most of the time. Only downside is she does dig it but what dog doesn't like to dig holes!
Positive points:
- ideal potty solution for dogs
- convenient packaging
- easy to install and dispose of
However:
- shipping is expensive
- not sure if the company has looked into a more sustainable way to dispose of used cardboard and used grass
- delivery can be as late as 10.30pm
Very practical, comes in a good packaging and eco friendly. Sometimes the batch is a bit off and there are some that produce lots of insects that infest the home.
Time will tell how effective this is for training. Sometimes my puppy is intersted is using the pad for the toilet, other times she just wants to tear it apart. I will continue purchasing because I like the concept. It is particularly helpful for me living in an apartment
Really great having it as we moved from a house with a garden in NL to an hotel in Duba and our dog was used to pee only outside on grass. Perfect and made our lives easier
Definitely use their size guide for your dog! Our 10kg pup benefited so much more from buying 2 rather than 1! Lasts a good 2 weeks and minimal mess!
I have bought numerous times! Highly recommend! Really happy with this dog grass, it helps my dog know where to go, keeps things less messy, and is easy to clean.
