The term "the business" refers to Paws on Grass is an entity of and operated by Shoploft Animals and Birds Requisites Trading LLC 

Cancellation Policy (Refund & Return)

 

LIVE PRODUCTS

One-Time Orders

POG and MOG are living products and they are non-refundable once the product has been ready, on the day of your delivery. 

If you need your order to be refunded prior to the delivery, you need to inform us immediately to avoid us fulfilling your order. It will take 7 - 10 working days to process the refund.

Subscriptions

If you decide to cancel your subscription after it has been initiated, then you will be charged the 'One-Time' price multiplied by the amount of deliveries. For example, if you are in Dubai and have a Small POG subscription for four weeks, delivered on a weekly basis and you decide to cancel after two deliveries, then your refund will be calculated like this:

  • (266 - (2 x 70)) + (40 - (2 x (40/4))
    • 266 = Price paid for the subscription
    • 2 = Number of deliveries already made
    • 70 = Price for one-time product
    • 40 = Total delivery fee
    • 4 = Total number of deliveries in the subscription

 

Alternatively, instead of cancelling a subscription you also have the following options:

  • Put your subscription on hold
  • Transfer your remaining subscription to a friend or family member

FURNITURE PRODUCTS

POG Frame, Crates, Beds, etc

You have up to 24 hours after placing the furniture order to cancel it. There is no option to get a refund after 24 hours of the order being placed as we would have already started working on making the product you ordered.

Delivery Policy

 The delivery policy is different for each product category, so please make sure to find the policy relevant to the product you are interested in. If you have any questions, feel free to WhatsApp or call us. 

POG - Doggy Grass Toilets

All POG deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

If you reorder a POG subscription then we will schedule your deliveries on the same day of the week as your previous deliveries were scheduled. 

We use an external partner for all deliveries, hence they may contact you to arrange the delivery if needed.

MOG - Edible Pet Grass

All MOG deliveries are made on Thursdays. All orders received until Wednesday @ 11pm will be delivered on the following Thursday.

POG Frames and Pet Furniture

All customers who place an order for a frame or any of the pet furniture are contacted individually after the order is placed to discuss any customizations and the delivery date. If you are curious how fast you can get a particular product, then just WhatsApp us before placing the order so we can inform you of the options available. 

We use an external partner for all deliveries, hence they may contact you to arrange the delivery if needed.

 

 

Payment Terms

When placing your order, you will be requested to select a mode of payment for your goods.

We offer the following modes of payments:

  • Credit Card payment online

All payments should be made in AED. We do not accept other currencies. In case of delayed payment or non-payment, the business holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of your order.

 

 

Product Quality

POG

The grass is 100% real and will have insects and small bugs as all plants do. 

It is up to the customer to care and maintain the grass after the delivery.

The business is not responsible for any side effects your pet may have from the intake of the grass. If you are unsure if this is a good product for your pet, please consult your vet prior to purchasing it.

MOG

The grass is supplied by Al Aliyo HydroFarms FZC. The grass is hydroponically grown, without soil, hence it is chemical and pesticide free. The customer is responsible for the care and maintenance of the grass after the delivery. 

The business is not responsible for any side effects your pet may have from the intake of the grass. If you are unsure if this is a good product for your pet, please consult your vet prior to purchasing it. 

 

 

We collect the following types of information:


A. Information You Provide to Us:

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, to fulfill your orders and contact you if necessary or otherwise appropriate, we collect Personal Information such as your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. From time to time, as part of promotions, we may ask if you want to send us your friends’ email addresses (which we will only use in order to invite them to use the Paws on Grass services).

 

We do NOT collect other personally identifiable information such as your birthdate or portions of your Social Security number. We would urge you to seriously question other businesses who insist on collecting such information from you, especially if you do not consider it necessary in order for them to fill your orders.

 

Third-Party Account Credentials:  We do not collect your third-party account credentials (for example, your log-in credentials for Facebook). If you access our services through Facebook Connect, you understand that some content and/or information in your Facebook account (“Third Party Account Information”) may be transmitted to us if you authorize such transmissions, and that Third Party Account Information transmitted to our Services is covered by this Privacy Policy.

 

We may anonymize your Personal Information so that you cannot be individually identified and we may provide that anonymized information to our partners, potential investors, or potential purchasers of all or part of our company. You agree that we may use any of the information we have collected from you in a non-personally identifiable form.

 

B. Information Collected Automatically:

  • We do NOT automatically receive and record information from your browser including your IP address and “cookie” information” that is used to track the activity of your browser on our Website.  We do NOT currently post any ads on our site that would enable advertising partners to transmit cookies to your computer or device.
  • We do NOT currently collect usage information (such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to the Website. However, should we decide to collect such information in the future, we would only use such data in aggregate form, in a manner that assures your anonymity. For example, we might provide such aggregate usage information, if and when collected, to our partners, investors, and potential buyers of our company, so that they can understand how often and in what ways people use our Website.
  • We do NOT currently contract with any advertisers or advertising networks.

 

C. E-mail and Other Communications:

We may contact you, by email or other means. For example, we may send you Paws on Grass promotional offers, from time to time, or communicate with you about your use of the Website and our delivery services. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please advise us at info@pawsongrass.com.
