How should I wash and care for my T-shirt?
Our prints use high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) technology. To extend their life:
- Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
- Hang dry or tumble dry low.
- Avoid ironing directly on the print (iron inside out if needed).
What is your return or exchange policy for T-shirts?
We do not offer refunds on T-shirts. However, you may request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery.
- The T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Courier fees for exchanges are AED 20, borne by the customer.
